Within Europe, the plants are shipped on CC-trolleys, euro and/or block pallets, depending on the volume of the shipment. The different varieties are packed separately in plastic crates (VML/VMH). Plants for outside Europe can be shipped both as airfreight and per boat (container). Depending on the applicable Phyto instructions the plants are treated (root washed, disinfected etc.). We generally add pure peat to the packaging to avoid mould and dehydration

Within Europe, the cuttings are usually shipped on CC-trolleys. Depending on the product and the size of the tray, it is possible to load one CC-trolley with 3,000 to 4,000 cuttings (28/40 trays per CC-trolley). Outside Europe, the trays are shipped in specially designed airfreight boxes.

Generally, pots are shipped in plastic crates (VML/VMH), stacked on euro and/or block pallets.If the crates cannot be stacked because the plant is too high, they will be shipped on CC-trolleys. Based on a quantity of 24 pots per crate, the crates can be loaded as follows, depending on the size of the crates: CC-trolley: up to 15 crates (360 pots) Euro pallet:up to 52 crates (= 1,248 pots) Block pallet: up to 65 crates (= 1,560 pots)

Within Europe, ferns are usually shipped on CC-trolleys. Approx. 4,500 plants can be loaded on one CC-trolley. Outside Europe, the trays are shipped in specially designed airfreight boxes.

Within Europe, seedlings are usually shipped on CC-trolleys. Up to 15,000 seedlings (60 trays/250 units per tray) can be loaded on a CC-trolley. Outside Europe<, seedlings are shipped in specially designed airfreight boxes.
